Community Stalls

One of the key aims of our events is to provide a platform for local businesses and community groups to connect with the people in their area.

 

In order to make our events more community focused, we offer a number of free and discounted pitches at each event to those who meet our eligibility criteria. All we require in return is for you to promote the event you'll be attending through your own channels (some simple suggestions are shown below).

Eligibility Criteria

Community Groups & Charities

If you run a local community group or local charity based within 40 miles of the event site then you can apply for a free pitch at your first local event with us. At any subsequent local events you will receive a 100% discount on your pitch fee.

You will need to supply your own gazebo (unless there is already stall infrastructure on the site) and have a public liability policy in place.​

Growers​

If you're a local grower based within 40 miles of the event site then you can apply for a 100% discount at your first local event with us. At any subsequent local events you may be eligible for a discount of 50%-100% depending on your product offering.

You will need to supply your own gazebo (unless there is already stall infrastructure on the site) and have a public liability policy in place.

Businesses​

If you're a local business based within 40 miles of the event site then you can apply for a 50% discount at your first local event with us. At any subsequent local events you may be eligible for a discount of 15%-25% depending on your product offering.

What you'll need to do

Social Posts

Share the event on your social channels in the weeks running up to the event. Remember to tag us when you post.

Posters

Download posters and print them off to display in your shop, cafe or any other space you have permission to display them.

Email Marketing

If you have a mailing list then let your subscribers know you'll be attending the event.

Find the event you want to get involved in and remember to make a note in the 'Additional Notes' section of the application form stating you're applying for a community stall.
